Mackenzie + Blake's Elegant Modest First Look Photo Session!

All right, here's something we'll never get tired of: seeing new Mormon brides wearing our modest version of the Amara gown--a favorite style for our lovelies who know understated elegance when they see it (find the original Amara here). Of course we still love our sparkly ball gowns, but there's something so special about a minimal sheath gown with pretty understated lace details. Yes, the hem on Amara features scalloped lace, and the delicately beaded lace sleeves are the definition of classic elegance.

But don't just take our word for it! As you'll see, this week's featured bride, Mackenzie, who found her gown at our Utah retailer, Pritchett Bridal, looks perfectly dashing during her "first look" photography session at the Utah State Capitol and Salt Lake Temple. Her hair and makeup are minimally done for a natural look, and her only accessory additions are a simple, ethereal veil, and a dreamy bouquet of ivory roses and green succulents by Foxglove Floral Studio.
